Add Fusion to Google Chrome.
Install the Fusion extension from the Chrome Web Store here: Fusion Download
Pin the Fusion icon to your extensions at the top, then right click and hit options to login.
This will pop up a page with a login screen. You should only need to login once, but make sure you click the white boxes and check marks to allow permissions and put in your login information provided to you by Simplii.
Once logged in, you will be able to bring down the Fusion navbar by left clicking the Fusion extension icon. It should show on any tab, and you can show and hide it at any time.
Note: Fusion will not load on a blank tab or if third party cookies are blocked.
If you need further assistance getting Fusion logged in and showing, please refer to our Fusion install video below or contact us if you still have trouble.
If you provided us your HubSpot ID ahead of time and we confirmed that we have inserted it to our back end, you can continue with linking your HubSpot with Fusion.
Have a user with Super Admin privileges in HubSpot go to the three cogwheels on the navbar and click on the HubSpot icon to login and give Fusion permissions to integrate with your HubSpot account.
After you have successfully connected Fusion with HubSpot, contact Simplii for your initial contact import.
Note: This only needs to be done once, then any newly added contacts will automatically sync after that.
The last thing you need to do is to map out your HubSpot users to their Simplii accounts.
To do this, click on the Contacts icon on the Fusion bar, and it will open up the Contacts window, which has a gear icon to the left. Click on that gear icon and go to Assign CRM Users to map out your users.
Everything should then be linked and ready to properly log calls and texts into existing contacts in your HubSpot account!
